We are an independently owned company, established in November 1999. Since then we have grown, year on year, to become one of the leading companies in our field, with an unrivalled track record of securing our clients' objectives.
We focus on quality. We have our own in-house training scheme, which we call DQS - Delivering Quality Service. We are also full and active members of the Consultation Institute. As our recent Investor in People report states: Our people "have consciously chosen to work for the Company because of its success and reputation".
Given we employ councillors and work for and with councils, we have one of the toughest Codes of Conducts in the industry. The Company's Code has been drafted to serve as a model in openness, honesty and good practice. All colleagues are subject to the Code of Conduct in their business. Clients, prospective clients and local authority monitoring officers may request a copy of our Code of Conduct and our full client list.
